Urbanedge staff get locked up for a great cause!

Urbanedge staff are taking part in the Whitelion Bail Out charity event on Friday, 29 May at the Old Melbourne Goal Watch House, in a bid to raise much needed awareness for young individuals who have been disconnected from the community.

Participants will be locked up for one night and step into the shoes of youth who have been faced with abuse, neglect, drug and alcohol addiction and poverty.

Whitelion is a not-for-profit community organisation who assist highly vulnerable youth through mentoring programs, outreach support and education-based prevention programs.

With the goal of raising $600,000 nationwide, Urbanedge participants have been fundraising through BBQ’s and movies nights to reach their personal goals of $1000 each!

Help bail them by donating to this great cause here!

We wish all participants the best of luck.
