Your New Homes Consultant will provide a marked-up plan based on your wish list. If you are happy with your plan and want to proceed to your next journey, a non-refundable Design Appointment fee is required.

From here, we will begin to order soil and survey and other details on the property that we may require and following this appointment we will begin preparation of your concept plans and documentation.

At your Design Appointment, your New Home Consultant will guide you through your concept plan for your new home. Here you will be able to discuss any changes you wish to make and further personalise your design to achieve your dream home.

An updated Sales Quotation and concept plan will be presented to you by your New Home Consultant based on your selections and changes at your Design Appointment. If you are happy to proceed, a non-refundable Sales Accept fee is required when your sales paperwork is signed off.

Your dedicated New Home Contract Specialist will ensure that your home gets to site with ease. This includes getting your pre-contract ready with any changes and amendments for sign-off and scheduling in your colour and electrical selection appointments.

This is where you can get creative! Incorporate your individual style and flair that will transform your house into a home at our Glasshouse Colour Selection Studio. Here, your Colour Consultant will assist you with the selection of your colour schemes, appliances, fixtures and finishes as well as selecting your electrical options and layout with your Electrical Specialist.

The final contract is ready to sign, and if your land is titled we can lodge plans to obtain a building permit. Then all you need to do is relax, knowing that everything is taken care of. Will receive your ‘My Urbanedge Home’ pack with all your final documents, colour schemes, fittings and finishes and electrical details.

Congratulations! Your job is now ready for us to start building your new Urbanedge Home.
