Our site costs are absolutely fixed, regardless of unforeseen excavation requirements.
The quoted price is the price you pay.
In an industry notorious for variables and nasty surprises, the Urbanedge fixed price
contract assures budget precision and peace of mind.
GUARANTEED SITE START
You’ll experience the Urbanedge advantage from the outset. At the time of registering
with one of our consultants you’ll be allocated a site start month. As long as your land
is settled and your finances are in order construction will commence in the agreed month,
giving you the ability to forward plan the transition from your current abode to
your new Urbanedge home.
20 WEEK CONSTRUCTION PERIOD
We limit our regional site starts to five per month to ensure efficient Construction
Management and Quality Control. Distributing the workflow enables Urbanedge to retain
superior tradespeople by offering them continuous work. A monitored construction period
minimises provisional interest cost: that is, interest on progress payments advanced
by the lender throughout construction. If there is delayed completion, Urbanedge compensates
you $260 a week**, as stipulated in our building contract.
